With over 10 years of experience in massage therapy, I bring a soothing yet impactful touch to every session. Over the years, I’ve explored new modalities and refined my techniques to develop a deep, intentional approach to bodywork. My goal is to support and guide you on your wellness journey by providing personalized care and practical recommendations both on and off the table, empowering you to feel your best and maintain your well-being beyond each session.
Outside the studio, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and dog, exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and visiting the many rivers in the area. On rainy days, you’ll often find me browsing antique shops in search of old books. Whether I’m at home studying a new topic or immersed in nature, I find peace, inspiration, and a sense of balance in the world around me.
