With over 10 years of experience in the massage therapy field, Teddy Marie is a seasoned professional with a soothing yet impactful touch. Through the years, she has expanded into new modalities and fine-tuned techniques to develop a deep and deliberate bodywork style. Her goal is to guide clients on their wellness journey through recommendations for both on and off the table.

Away from the studio, Teddy Marie enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest through trips to the many rivers in the area. On rainy days, you can find her browsing antique shops in search of old books. Whether at home studying a new topic or surrounded by nature, she finds peace and inspiration in the world around her.

Lindsey recently joined our team as an admin assistant, bringing her bright and friendly energy to the studio. She is a delight to talk to and provides invaluable support, primarily through emails, but you may also see her around the office lending a hand when needed. Lindsey displays a genuine desire to help and will do her best to answer any question you have.

Outside of work, Lindsey is an avid adventurer, always seeking new opportunities to explore the wilderness—often with her Shiba Inu by her side. Her love for new experiences and outdoor excursions reflects her spirited and curious nature, making her an exciting addition to our team both in and out of the studio.
